COMPLAINT POLICY

JBPT follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines for handling complaints and appeals related to editorial decisions. Authors may appeal a rejection or raise concerns regarding editorial handling, peer review, or journal processes by submitting a written, reasoned appeal to the Editorial Office.

Post-Publication Complaints

Concerns regarding published articles, including requests for corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern, are handled in accordance with COPE and ICMJE guidelines. All post-publication actions are undertaken under editorial supervision to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
