The Journal of Biomolecules, Pathogenesis and Therapeutics (JBPT) aims to serve as a high-quality, peer-reviewed platform for the dissemination of original and innovative research in the biomedical, clinical, and translational sciences. The journal is dedicated to advancing the scientific understanding of interdisciplinary research that integrates molecular biology, pathophysiology, clinical pathogenesis, pharmacology, diagnostic methodologies, drug development and targeted therapeutic interventions.

JBPT focuses on the interface of biomolecular sciences, disease mechanisms, pharmacology and therapeutic developments. The journal provides an international platform for studies that advance the molecular understanding of human diseases and translate these insights into clinical diagnostics, preventive medicine, and therapeutic applications.
The journal publishes basic, translational, and clinical research focusing on biomolecules such as proteins, nucleic acids, glycans, lipids, and immune mediators involved in infectious, inflammatory, metabolic, genetic, and neoplastic disorders. Emphasis is placed on mechanistic investigations, host–pathogen interactions, biomarker discovery, molecular diagnosis, pharmacological mechanisms and the evaluation of emerging therapeutic strategies. Submissions on vaccines, biologics, precision medicine, diagnostic biomarkers, molecular diagnostics, and molecular imaging approaches are highly welcomed.
JBPT accepts basic, translational, clinical, and computational studies, including experimental, observational, and in silico research, provided they demonstrate methodological rigor and clear relevance to the journal’s scope.

In coming years, JBPT intends to apply for further indexing such as EMBASE, Scopus, Web of Science and PubMed.
