APPEALING THE EDITORIAL DECISION

Appeals are reviewed objectively to ensure that editorial procedures were properly followed and that decisions were made fairly and without bias. The Editorial Board may review the manuscript history, peer-review reports, and correspondence as part of the evaluation. Editorial decisions are made independently, and appeals do not guarantee reversal of the original decision. Investigations are conducted confidentially and resolved as promptly as possible.
