WIHTDRAWAL POLICY

JBPT considers simultaneous submission of the same manuscript to more than one journal to be unethical. Upon submission, authors grant JBPT the right to process the manuscript under its editorial and ethical policies.

Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript during editorial processing by submitting a written request to the Editorial Office. A formal withdrawal request, approved by all authors, is required before a manuscript is considered withdrawn. Until written confirmation is issued by the Editorial Office, the manuscript remains under consideration by JBPT, and its use elsewhere will be regarded as publication misconduct. Requests for withdrawal after peer review or editorial decision are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with COPE guidance.
